Shanay Lewis didn’t just step into real estate — she engineered her way into it. With nearly two decades of experience as a civil engineer, construction project manager, and government acquisition specialist, she brings unmatched precision, strategy, and a detail-oriented approach to every transaction.
 
Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Savannah State University and a Master’s degree from Mercer University, further fueling her analytical and leadership skills. Raised just east of Atlanta from the age of 11, Shanay’s deep connection to Georgia is woven into her story. After earning her degrees, she began her career with the Georgia Department of Transportation, gaining a behind-the-scenes understanding of how infrastructure shapes a city’s growth and livability. At just 23, she purchased her first property west of Atlanta — a proud milestone that opened her eyes to the long-term value of investing early and planted the seed for her real estate journey.
 
In 2012, Shanay relocated to Huntsville, Alabama, navigating the homebuying process without the guidance of a real estate agent. That experience — from researching builders to facing the unknowns on her own — ignited her passion to ensure others never feel that same uncertainty. Today, she’s licensed in both Alabama and Georgia, holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, and has achieved $6.1 million in sales. She specializes in helping professionals, investors, and military families make confident, informed real estate decisions.
 
Beyond real estate, Shanay is deeply committed to serving her community. She is actively involved in her church, contributes through her sorority, and supports her children’s school — reflecting her belief that building strong communities is just as important as building beautiful homes. Whether she’s helping clients maximize ROI, secure their forever home, or transition to a new chapter, Shanay leads with heart, expertise, and a commitment to clarity. For her, it’s never just about the deal — it’s about delivering an experience rooted in trust, advocacy, and legacy.
